Technical Aspects

I have a website already but I want it updating, can you take over my existing website?

Yes, this is something that can easily be done. It is possible to move your existing website over to the Cats Whiskers servers before altering and updating your existing website.

I already have a domain name, can I transfer it over?

Yes, not a problem. All that is needed is for the DNS records to be pointed to the Cats Whiskers server where your new website will be hosted. If this is something you are unfamiliar with all you need to do is provide your login details to your domain name registrar (the place you bought your domain name) and I will do the rest.

How do I update my website?

All you need to do is send over your changes via email and I will take care of the updates within 24 hours.

I need my social media accounts integrating is this possible?

Social media integration is a must and I will do this for you when I build your website.

Payments

How do I pay for my website?

Website payments can be paid for via bank transfer, credit card via Paypal or even by cheque. I will send you an invoice with full payment details or you can pay through the website.

Is everything included in the price or are there extra costs?

Most definitely, the prices quoted are fully inclusive. No hidden extras whatsoever and that is a guarantee.

I want to be first in Google for my chosen keywords can you help with this?

Yes, search engine optimisation is a service that I offer and can be purchased as an optional extra.

Do you also build commercial websites?

Yes, all animal related commercial websites are taken care of through the Cats Whiskers website. Shopping cart integration and full eCommerce shopping sites in addition to brochure websites are both available.

Can you build a Facebook page and set up my social profiles on Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram and Pinterest?

If you do not have any social media profiles I can set these up for you. Personal Facebook accounts, Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, Instagram, Pinterest and Linkedin accounts can all be set up on your behalf.
